Refund Policy (For LIVE Courses Only)

Thank you for purchasing our products/service. We want you to love what you purchased from us, but we know sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it or it didn’t work as expected, we will try to make it for you. If you like to make an exchange or refund, here’s what you need to know:  

  1. If you feel that the course has no value to you after you have attended the FIRST day of the course and you requested for a refund, there will be no questions asked, a full refund will be made to you.
  2. Refund request available 24 hours after completion of the 1st day of the class ONLY. Any refund request made after this period will not be accommodated.
  3. If you are unable to attend the event, you may either postpone your attendance to the upcoming event or transfer your ticket to any of your family members or friends.

  1. 如果您在参加课程的第一天后觉得该课程对您没有任何价值,并且您要求退款,我们不会有任何疑问,并且给予您全额退款。
  2. 仅在完成第一天课程后 24 小时内可申请退款。在此期间之后提出的任何退款要求将不予受理。
  3. 如果您无法参加课程,则可以推迟门票参加下次的课程,也可以将门票转让给您的家人或朋友或商业。
