Thank you for purchasing our products/services. We want you to love what you purchased from us, but we know sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it or it didn’t work as expected, we will try to make it for you. If you like to make an exchange or refund, here’s what you need to know:

REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE COURSE / EVENTS / PROGRAMS

  1. Refunds are only applicable to courses/events/programs organized by PetMedic that run at least more than 1 DAY. It is not applicable to 1-day or 1-hour only courses/events.
  2. If you feel that the course has no value to you after you have attended the FIRST day of the course and you requested for a refund, there will be no questions asked, a full refund will be made to you.
  3. Refund request available 24 hours after completion of the 1st day of the class ONLY. Any refund request made after this period will not be accommodated.
  4. If you are unable to attend the course/event, you may either postpone your attendance to the upcoming course/event or transfer your ticket to any of your family members or friends.

REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL GOODS / PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE

  1. If you find that the item is not suitable for your pets:
    • You may be eligible for an exchange or a refund within 10 days after you have received your purchase.
    • If 10 days have gone by since you first received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • If you have requested for a refund/exchange within 10 days, you have to return the item within 7 working days of your refund/exchange request. The item must be undamaged in any way.
  2. If you received incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items during delivery:
    • You may be eligible for an exchange or a refund within 7 days after you have received your purchase.
    • If 7 days have gone by since you first received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. For defective/damaged item during delivery, you may either request for:
    • A full refund; or
    • A replacement of the defective/damaged item with the same item (subject to stock availability) delivered to you with no additional fees.
  4. For incorrect/missing items, you may either request for:
    • A full refund; or
    • The correct item (subject to stock availability) to be delivered to you with no additional fees.
  5. The return shipping cost will not be covered by our company.
  6. After we have received your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 14 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid.
  7. If the product is damaged in any way that isn’t caused by the courier or PetMedic, you will not be eligible for a refund.
