WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?
All orders placed will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days unless otherwise stated in the form of announcements, or other communications such as email or phone.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER(S)?
Items will be delivered via local courier. The estimated days to receive your order(s) are 3 – 5 working days. However, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive at your doorstep.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDERS?
When your order(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please check your email for tracking updates.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
The estimated days to receive your order(s) are 3 – 5 working days, which does not include public holidays and weekends. You may check the delivery status of your orders with the assigned courier using the tracking number provided. If your orders have not been delivered to you within 7 days, please contact our customer representative through email or phone.
CHANGE OF INFORMATION ONCE ORDER IS PLACED
We advise you to contact us as soon as possible should you realize there are mistakes regarding your shipping information. Change of information such as recipient name, contact number, shipping address cannot be done after the order is processed and shipped.
